Returns

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. The following items can be returned:

  • Returned item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Presented with an invoice or other evidence of acquisition

Our policy prohibits returns and exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Procedures for Starting a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in an email sent to [email protected].

  • You will receive return shipping instructions and an address from us.
  • You will be informed of the status once we have received and inspected the item.
  • Please be informed that unless the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, the customer is liable for the return shipping expenses.

Returns are not considered.

When we’ve reviewed and authorized your return:

  • The method you originally paid with will be the one that receives your refund.
  • Your refund should show up in your account within 5-10 business days.

Please contact your financial institution first if you notice a delay in receiving your refund.

Exchange

Items can only be exchanged for a different size, if they are damaged or defective. Send an email to [email protected] along with your order number if you would like to arrange for an exchange.
