Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at support@essentialhoodiesstore.com if you need to swap it for the same item.

As soon as your package arrives, we advise you to:

  • Check the contents thoroughly for any physical flaws or shipping damage.
  • Check to make sure you got the right products.
  • To receive a replacement for damaged goods, you must notify them within two business days of the delivery date.

Packing Up Your Return

things must be returned within 15 days in their original condition; things that have been worn, washed, or used will not be accepted.

Please send your return together with your invoice or a note containing your name, address, and order ID number.

A refund will be sent to the original method of payment once your item is received back and is discovered to be in its unaltered state. You will need to submit a new order if you would like the alternative item in a different size.

Please deliver your package to:

  • Items including body jewellery, swimwear, pants, guitar tabs, books, all sorts of posters and billboards, and CDs, videos and CDs are not eligible for returns. Items that have been worn, washed, or used will not be accepted and must be returned at the expense of the client.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties, import taxes, and delivery costs are not refundable.
